Our tour begins with a soothing stroll through the vines, inviting you to feel the earth beneath your feet and the whisper of the wind in the vines, before being lulled by an initial tasting to music. Continue with a second tasting, initially tactile, through the textures of the wine, from velvety to full-bodied, to understand the link between touch and the structure and style of the wine. Explore the olfactory mysteries of grapes and wood before discovering colour. Practice again with a third wine, then plunge into a free sensory tasting, letting yourself be carried away by the wine and chocolate pairing, a symphony of flavours where each note dances in harmony with your palate.

Totally immersed in the dark, go on a wine discovery tour! A unique experience during which you will learn to recognize clay, sand and gravel terroirs. Become one with the vine, its growth, understand the vinification and maturation. Smell the aromas of the grape varieties, the barrel and the aging process. All your senses will be heightened to fully experience wine tasting with its chocolate and music pairings.
